Naem is a free web application that helps users discover Indian baby names. We offer tools including name fusion, meaning search, nakshatra matching, shortlists, family polls, and shareable name cards. Some features require a one-time Premium purchase.

3. User Accounts

You may use many features of Naem without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Premium Purchases

Naem Premium is available for a one-time payment. Premium features are tied to your account or device. All sales are final, but we offer a 7-day refund window if you are not satisfied. Contact us at support@naem.in for refund requests.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on Naem, including shortlists and polls. By sharing content via a public link, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to anyone with the link.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Naem for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or copy our name database without permission
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Upload malicious code or spam

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on Naem is owned by us or our licensors. The name data is curated from linguistic and cultural sources. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Naem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, name meanings and origins may vary by source. We recommend consulting cultural or linguistic experts for important decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Naem after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
